What to Expect

Prepare for your first yoga class with us

What to Wear

Comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for movement. Avoid loose clothing that may get in the way.

What to Bring

Water bottle and towel. Yoga mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and set up your space, especially for your first class.

Eating Guidelines

Avoid eating large meals 2-3 hours before class. A light snack 30-60 minutes before is fine.
